My name is Julie Lambert

I am the Founder and Principal of Growth Mindset Psychology and I am a committed and compassionate Educational and Developmental Psychologist registered with AHPRA.

Located in Paddington, Brisbane, I truly care about my clients' well-being, and guarantee top of the line psychological assessments catered specifically to you or your child's needs.

I take a holistic, systemic and strengths-based psychological approach and am a passionate advocate for children and adults alike, believing that education is the key to personal freedom.

I utilise several therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desenzitisation and Reprocessing), and take a trauma-informed perspective.
